"This is my third review update. After posting my second review update stating that nothing was happening to get the refund still owed to me, Kenny Vega reached out to me personally and told me that he agreed that I was owed a full, not partial refund. Kenny told me he would convince State Farm Underwriting to make me whole and after about a week he did. I finally got the full refund I deserved. Thank you Kenny Vega!"

"Josue tricked me into switching over for a lower monthly auto insurance policy than my current. He was able to get it that low because he signed me up for some safe driving program that required a chip in my car. I was never made aware of this until it arrived in the mall. Since I never used it, it brought me up significantly with my insurance, more than my prior monthly payment. He was able to get it back down slightly however with another fake monthly quote. I have been paying the quote he gave me but for the past two months State Farm has been threatening to cancel my auto insurance. This whole process has been awful!"

"I had wanted to bundle home and auto on a home im purchasing. All of the paperwork was filled out for both, but for the home insurance they needed to wait until they ordered an exterior home inspection. They ordered it and it was quick and simple, but they never told me the results, only for me to find out after calling them that they denied the home insurance. It was very upsetting that they never said anything and I consequently canceled the auto insurance as well as I dont particularly want to work with that office."
