"I don’t like giving bad reviews. I feel if you don’t have something nice to say about someone, don’t say anything at all. But my experience with this agency has been very frustrating, to say the least. I got a quote from one of their agents of $396 for a one year, 2 million dollar Personal Umbrella Insurance policy. Great price so I accepted and paid in full. Waited weeks to receive the policy. I called multiple times and the agent assured me it would be arriving. Then got a statement from State Farm showing my $396 payment as a credit and deducting approximately $32 as a monthly payment. What? I thought I paid in full for one year. And still no policy in hand. And my name was incorrect and my wife was not listed. Agent assured me it was just a computer generated statement and all would be sorted out. Finally after a couple of months, I got a Declarations Page with my wrong name still and my wife still not listed and a premium of $714. I was quoted and paid a premium of $396. After multiple phone calls and emails to the agent, he said the underwriters made an error originally and my premium is $714, not $396. I asked for a full refund because I was misquoted. After about 2 weeks I get a refund check from State Farm for $271.05, not $396. Called the agent and he said it should have been a full refund and he was looking into it. That was 10 days ago. I have heard nothing. This agency is not up to the standard of a reputable company like State Farm."

We had had a bad experience recently with Geico so we were a little nervous. Now I understand why State Farm is number 1. Mr. Jhaveri was so nice and respectful.
